Forecasting & product launches — Own demand forecasting and order management with our production partners, and drive new products from setup through to launch-ready operational data in the relevant systems
Inbound logistics & stock — Plan cost-efficient, timely inbound transportation and manage stock levels across warehouse and our stores to hit availability targets and avoid out-of-stock situations
Process oversight & automation — Oversee core fulfillment, returns, and other after sale processes and continuously drive automation and quality improvements
Cost management & KPI reporting — Monitor logistics costs against plan, validate invoices, and own the operations KPI reporting (GetKLAR)
Strategic partnership — Act as the key operational partner across Product, Customer Service, Finance, and external partners, continuously improving warehouse and logistics processes
Project management — Lead cross-team projects to continuously improve the operations set-up
Packaging — Ensure reliable packaging material supply across our partners and locations

Your responsibilities
Your profile
Several years of experience in operations, supply chain, or logistics management, ideally in fashion, e-commerce, or retail
Track record of owning a function end-to-end, incl. inventory planning, demand forecasting, and cost/KPI frameworks
Strong affinity for AI and automation tools, with a genuine drive to make processes more efficient
Vision and clear understanding of what a state of the art operations set-up and process looks like
Ambition to strive for excellent and to get better every dayA true hands-on mentality — as comfortable executing as designing the process
Confident managing external partners and aligning cross-functional teams
Comfortable with e-commerce and operations tools, e.g. Shopify, Claude, Notion
Structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven working style
Fluent in English and German; Italian is a plus
Full-time (100%), based in or around Munich (office option in Munich), but remote-first way of working
