We're opening a new ALEMI pop-up store in the heart of Munich soon – initially for a 6-month build-up phase. If the store performs well, our clear goal is to turn it into a permanent ALEMI store. We're looking for a confident Store Assistant Manager to deputise for the Store Manager and help us build this new store from day one.
– Deputise for the Store Manager in their absence, including running shifts independently
– Support with staff scheduling, onboarding and hands-on guidance for the sales team
– Responsible for till reconciliation and daily closing
– Ensure an appealing product presentation and operational excellence throughout the store
– Actively sell and provide expert advice to our customers
– Support with inventory management, goods receiving and stocktaking
– Work closely with the Store Manager on KPIs (sales, conversion) and day-to-day course-correction
– Be the go-to person for the team whenever the Store Manager is not on-site

Your profile
– Prior experience in a supervisory, shift-lead or deputy role in retail is a strong plus
– Ability to confidently lead a team through the day and make sound decisions independently
– Reliability and a strong sense of ownership
– Interest in fashion, especially in high-quality leather goods and handbags
– Team spirit and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
– Well-groomed appearance and a confident, professional demeanor
– Fluent in German and English (additional languages are a plus)
– Flexibility regarding working hours, particularly on Fridays and Saturdays
– Ability to confidently lead a team through the day and make sound decisions independently
– Reliability and a strong sense of ownership
