Store Assistant Manager (70–90%) | Zürich

• Active sales and personal styling advice — you know every product, its story, its craft
• Responsibility for visual merchandising as an expression of the brand world
• Full ownership of inventory and fulfillment in-store
• Co-leading the store team alongside the Store Manager
• Supporting customers with simple repairs and alterations
• Active involvement in events, launches, and special activations

• Experience in retail or fashion, ideally with first leadership responsibility
• Genuine joy in customer contact — you remember faces, not just purchases
• Understanding of inventory management and structured back-office processes
• Polished appearance and professional, natural demeanor
• Fluent German and English, additional languages welcome
• Available on Saturdays, occasionally until 8 pm
